Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of synchgtm.com (the "Site"), operated by Synch Global, Inc. ("Synch", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
1. The Synch platform
Use of the Synch platform is governed only by a signed Synch Platform Subscription Agreement, including its order form, data processing addendum and schedules. These terms do not apply to the platform, and if they conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Descriptions of the platform, pricing, launch dates and availability on the Site are general information. They are not an offer and can change. Joining the launch list does not create a contract or guarantee an onboarding slot.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Synch and contact us. You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone's rights while using it;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems, or test their security without our written permission;
- interfere with the Site, including with automated scraping or excessive requests;
- submit information that is false or that you have no right to share.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design and the Synch name and logo, belong to Synch or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Other companies' product names and logos shown on the Site are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to identify categories of tools and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those companies.
4. Information you send us
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you submit. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
5. Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Synch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
