Privacy Policy

Synch Global, Inc. Effective 29 October 2026.

This policy explains how Synch Global, Inc. ("Synch", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and in the course of doing business with customers and prospective customers.

1. Who we are

Synch Global, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in New York. We operate the Synch autonomous revenue operations platform. Questions about this policy go to privacy@synchgtm.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect as a controller: visitors to this website, people who join our launch list or contact us, and business contacts at our customers, prospects and suppliers.

It does not cover the data our customers process through the Synch platform, such as call recordings, transcripts and CRM records. For that data our customer is the controller and Synch acts as its processor under the customer's subscription agreement and data processing addendum. If your information appears in a customer's records, please contact that customer first. We will help them respond.

3. Information we collect

  • Launch list and contact forms: your name, work email, company, role, the CRM you use and the size of your sales team.
  • Correspondence: what you tell us when you email us or speak with us.
  • Business relationship data: contact, contract and billing details for customers and suppliers.
  • Technical data: standard server logs from our website host, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to run and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Our website host may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site and protect forms from abuse. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

4. How we use it

  • To respond to you, assess fit and arrange onboarding.
  • To send you updates about the launch and the platform. You can opt out at any time.
  • To enter into and perform contracts, including billing.
  • To keep our website and services secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Legal bases (EEA and UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract, or steps before entering one; our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, including business-to-business communications, balanced against your rights; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that act on our instructions, under written terms that protect it. For this website and our own business communications these include our website host and form provider (Webflow) and our email provider (Google Workspace). Providers that process customer data on the platform are listed on our sub-processors page.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

7. How the platform treats customer data

In summary, and as set out in each customer's agreement: customer data is stored and processed in United States regions, with an EU region planned for mid 2027; it is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256); it is never used to train shared or third-party AI models; we do not create voiceprints or other biometric identifiers; and customers can delete or export their data at any time.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers process data there. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. How long we keep it

  • Launch list and enquiry data: up to two years from our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Contract, billing and accounting records: seven years, or longer where the law requires.
  • Website server logs: in line with our website host's standard retention.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including access controls, multi-factor authentication and encryption. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and regulators of a breach where the law requires.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing. California residents have the rights given by the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. To exercise any right, email privacy@synchgtm.com. We will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

12. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

13. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
